Hearts On Fire Acquires Memoire

Hearts On Fire recently acquired Memoire, a manufacturer of diamond wedding bands and luxury jewelry based in Skaneateles, N.Y. Memoire will continue to operate as an independent subsidiary under co-owners Doug and Nancy McDowell. Hearts On Fire is partly owned by Belgian sightholder Eurostar, which owns 49% of the company.
