JewelAmerica Acquires Baith Company

JewelAmerica Inc. has acquired all the assets of The Baith Company, which offers gemstone and diamond jewelry ranging in price from $49 to $499. Bracelets are a signature item.

Baith founder Aday Akdemir joins JewelAmerica as vice president of merchandising and sales. The Baith division will be located at JewelAmerica's headquarters at 119 W. 40th St., New York City.

JewelAmerica has offices in Chicago, Minneapolis, and Arezzo, Italy. Its other divisions are Oro Dall'Italia, Astoria Jewelry, Jana Designs, and Jewelmont/Jene.
