Quite often, inspiration for silly pieces comes from customers, according to Rembrandt Quality Charms, Buffalo, N.Y. "Our vasectomy charm is a wonderful conversation piece for a urologist to wear," says RQC president Chris Lux. The company also makes a toilet seat charm but doesn't have any suggestions as to who might wear that one.
