Laser inscription of names, numbers, and custom logos on a diamond is now available from the Safeguard Quality Assurance Division of the American Assay and Gemological Office. Turnaround time for conventional inscription is 48 hours; custom inscriptions are returned in 72 hours.

The division also has introduced a diamond certification report. Available on both the AnchorCert Diamond Certification Report as well as the Safeguard Diamond Appraisal Report are photographs of the diamond, which includes the inscribed brand logo.
