Slawitsky named president of Kassoy

Joanne Slawitsky has been named president of Kassoy, LLC, a supplier of jewelry supplies and label and bar code solutions.
Slawitsky replaces Peter Gollon, who is stepping down to pursue other projects after more than 20 years with the company. Gollon will continue his work with Kassoy as a consultant.
Slawitsky, formerly vice president of Sales and Marketing, has been with the company for 11 years. In that time,
“Joanne knows the industry and the market very well, and has taken the company to another level in regards to meeting customer needs,” said Hans Bosch, Kassoy chief executive officer. “She was the obvious choice to be Kassoy’s next President.”
Kassoy, Hicksville, N.Y., supplies the jewelry industry with gemological tools and supplies, and label label and bar coding solutions.
