Hasenfeld Makes Gift to GIA Endowment

Alexander Hasenfeld, founder of diamond manufacturer and supplier Hasenfeld-Stein in New York, has made a generous contribution to the Gemological Institute of America in support of the Institute's nonprofit education and research mission. Hasenfeld, a longtime GIA supporter, will be inducted into the Institute's League of Honor Sept. 19 at the Waldorf-Astoria hotel in New York during GIA's annual dinner.
