Leading Jewelers Guild Sees Bright Future for Independents

A semi-annual meeting was held in Sarasota, Fla., in March by the Leading Jewelers Guild to discuss the future of family-owned independent jewelers. The meeting covered topics from location and store design to branding and diamond buying. A seminar was presented on superstores and a half-day was devoted to discussions on solitaire and loose diamond sourcing
