Barkley Named Luxury Business VP for Timex

Timex Group B.V. named Larry Barkley vice president of Luxury Business. He will report to Paolo Marai, Vertime Business Unit president.
Barkley will be responsible for the vision and growth of Timex Group’s luxury brands, ensuring that the company’s legacy for developing and marketing quality craftsmanship is translated across the luxury portfolio and the globe.
Barkley joins the Timex Group from Georg Jensen USA, where he spent two years as president. Prior to that, he spent seven years as national retail director for Bulgari USA. Earlier in his career he held key senior level retail positions with Saks Fifth Avenue Enterprises and Kohl’s Corp.
Timex Group companies manufacture and sell watches under numerous brands in many different market segments including Timex, TX, Timex Ironman, Timex Expedition, Valentino, Salvatore Ferragamo, Vincent Berard, Versace, Versus, Guess, GC, Marc Ecko, Nautica, Opex, Helix and Avirex.
