Madison, NJ, Store Founder Dies

Joseph Falco Sr., founder of Rose City Jewelers and Gemologists in Madison, New Jersey, died Friday, according to the Madison Eagle. He was 89.
The Eagle called Rose City Jewelers a “prominent fixture” in Madison. Falco founded the store, first called Madison Miniatures and More, after his service in the South Pacific during World War II. It has been in current location since 1969. The store is now being run by Joseph Falco Jr., and Lisa Falco Giudice.
