Who's on the Ballot?

There are 20 women on the ballot in seven different categories for the WJA Awards of Excellence, but when it comes to fashionistas, some categories are more important than others. Nominees for this year's design award are Cathy Carmendy of Cathy Carmendy; Erica Courtney of Erica Courtney Inc.; and Robin Garin of Kwiat.
