Annbeth E. Reyman has joined Assael International Inc. as vice president in charge of sales. Reyman, who began at the bench at the Kulicke-Stark Academy of Jewelry Art in New York City, has a background in antique and estate jewelry as well as modern designs.

Johnathan Sanders has joined Chippenhook as luxury brands account executive, responsible for development of client relationships, primarily in the watch and pen segments. Sanders, a 20-year veteran of the luxury-goods industry has worked for companies such as Neiman Marcus and Dillard's and was most recently a boutique director with Montblanc.

Shoppers Charge Accounts Co. has promoted Robert J. Noren to senior vice president/chief operations officer. He most recently served as senior vice president of credit, customer service, and collections. In his new position, Noren will continue to direct the credit, customer service, and collection areas and assume responsibility for special projects and compliance.
