24K DINNER DANCE WILL HONOR EDWARD DAYOOB

The Jewelers 24-Karat Club of Southern California will present Edward Dayoob, president and chief operating officer of Fred Meyer Jewelers, with the Excellence in Service Award at its annual fall dinner dance, set for Nov. 4 at the Beverly Hills Hotel in Beverly Hills, Calif. Dayoob, who has 41 years of jewelry industry experience, joined Fred Meyer Jewelers, a 397-store chain, in 1973.

Another highlight of the dinner dance is the presentation of a souvenir gift to each couple in attendance. The gift remains a secret until the event.
