JVC Responds To FinCEN Anti-Money-Laundering Questions

Jewelers Vigilance Committee (JVC) has responded to specific questions about anti-money-laundering (AML) issued by Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN). The questions were included in the USA PATRIOT Act AML regulations that FinCEN finalized on June 9, 2005.
JVC's responses represented fine jewelry retailers, manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors, and others. The deadline for responding to the questions was July 25.
