Armadani acquires The Richard Krementz Bridal division

Armadani, a Newport Rhode Island fine jewelry manufacturer specializing in diamond eternity bands and engagement rings, has acquired The Richard Krementz Bridal division.
 
Armadani said in a statement that "its expertise," coupled with its "experience in the bridal field will benefit the existing Krementz customers."
