Beller Is New Antwerp Bourse President

Arthur Beller has been nominated as the new president of Antwerp's Beurs voor Diamanthandel, following the death of former president Abraham (Bram) Fischler. Jacques Rot will assume Beller's previous post of bourse vice president.
