Swatch Group acquires dial producer

The Swatch Group, the world’s largest watchmaker, based in Biel, Switzerland, has acquired the watch dial manufacturer MOM Le Prélet SA, located in Les Geneveys-sur-Coffrane, Switzerland.

Olivier Schwab, formally the main shareholder and general manager of MOM Le Prélet SA, will continue to head the operations of the company, which employs 125 persons. The company was founded in 1895 and is known for manufacturing top-quality watch dials.
