Minneapolis jeweler Mark Moeller won the American Gem Society's highest award—the Robert M. Shipley Award— at its recent Conclave in Orlando, Fla. “Receiving an award honoring Robert Shipley is an amazing accolade,” said Moeller, president of R.F.
