Alan Goldberg, CPA, MBA, has joined the management team at Eugene Biro Corp. as chief financial officer. Also, Judith Singband has replaced Meirav Biro as manager of marketing and Internet development.

Lagos announces two new appointments: Claire Borda has been named vice president of sales, and Cheryl Nickell has joined the firm as divisional sales manager for all independent accounts.

At Daniel Mink Switzerland, Jim Rhodes has been promoted to operations manager from customer service manager; Joseph Cerullo has joined the firm as technical director; and Jackie Meyerson has been hired as the company's new controller.

W.C. Edge Co. Inc. announces the appointment of Edward M. Greenberg Jr. to the position of vice president in charge of national sales. Greenberg has more than 30 years of experience in merchandising and sales.

Lisa Lee Creations, a manufacturer of sterling silver in Woodbridge, Conn., has named Domenic R. Merenda to the post of vice president of business development. Merenda returns to the company from BeOpen.com, a venture-backed affinity portal in Silicon Valley, where he served as the vice president of business development and sales.
