Catalytic Board Debuts

Charlotte Preston, president of Charlotte Preston Catalysts, has launched The Catalytic Board, comprising jewelry industry analyst Ken Gassman, independent retailer Kathy Sustachek, and strategist and planner Charlotte Preston.

The board works with retailers to review goals and also visits each client store for a daylong consultation. Meetings can include topics such as increasing profitability, stopping profit drains, reducing expenses, using current assets in new ways, energizing sales associates, using community involvement to enhance the client base, balancing work and personal goals, and others.
