John Varvatos to use Ernst Benz watches for fashion show

Fashion designer John Varvatos, an avid watch collector, selected Ernst Benz as the timepiece for his Spring 2007 fashion show. Beginning in mid-September a series of Ernst Benz timepieces, hand chosen by Varvatos, will be available for purchase at the John Varvatos store located at 122 Spring St. in New York’s SoHo district.
Designed and manufactured in Switzerland, Ernst Benz Watches are known for their large size and aesthetics.
"As a Master Watchmaker, I admire John Varvatos’s attention to detail, along with his individualistic and personal approach to design," said Leonid Khankin, Chief Creative Officer and Managing Director of the Ernst Benz brand.
During Olympus Fashion Week, Ernst Benz Timepieces will be paired with select looks at the John Varvatos Spring 2007 fashion show which will be held at Sept. 11, 7 p.m., at The Promenade at Bryant Park.
