Keystone Findings Merges With Hoover & Strong

Hoover & Strong, Inc., a refiner and manufacturer of precious metal jewelry based in Richmond, Va., recently announced a merger with Keystone Findings, Inc., a manufacturer of die-struck and cast settings, wedding bands, and earrings of Telford, Pa. The merger will broaden Hoover & Strong’s product offering to jewelers.
Keystone Findings’ plant is to be transported to the Hoover & Strong facility within the coming weeks. Oder fulfillment and customer service for both companies remain fully operational during that time. Hoover & Strong plans to merge product inventory and relocate staff during the summer, followed by the introduction of a new product catalog at the beginning of 2010.

When Stuller bought Swest, I was disapointed that a lot of the unavailable anywhere else to my knowledge silver findings were no longer available.
I hope that the good workers at Keystone and at Hoover and Strong will be keynote in consideration as the merger goes forward.
