Damiani sponsors Pavarotti’s Japanese portion of his farewell tour

By JCK Online Staff -- JCK Online, 3/28/2004 2:00:00 AM

Damiani, in honor of the 80th anniversary of its foundation, is sponsoring Luciano Pavarotti’s farewell tour in Japan.

The renowned tenor will open his world farewell tour in Tokyo on Tuesday. He will also perform on April 3 and 6—with a special gala event to be held after his April 3 recital. A very select group of VIPs will be invited to admire Damiani’s beautiful creations at this event hosted by Guido Damiani, C.E.O. of the Damiani Group, and Pavarotti.

Pavarotti's farewell tour will end in Modena, Italy, on Oct. 12, 2005, on his 70th birthday.
