Michael C. Fina Celebrates 'Bridal Fair 2003'

By Carrie Soucy, Senior Editor -- JCK Online, 5/1/2003 2:00:00 AM

Just in time for Valentine's Day marriages and proposals, Michael C. Fina Jewelry hosted its own Bridal Fair celebrating the official grand opening of "The Ring Gallery." The event, held on Feb. 1 at Fina's Fifth Avenue store in New York, included a day of festivities for brides- and grooms-to-be. Events included tabletop and flatware presentations, professional appraisals by a certified gemologist, and an informal fashion show by New York bridal emporium I. Kleinfeld & Son.

Event highlights included the raffling of a pair of "His & Hers" platinum wedding bands valued at $1,000, a 1-ct. round brilliant-cut solitaire valued at $5,000, and a wedding gown compliments of Kleinfeld's. In addition, the store officially opened "The Ring Gallery," a large selection of wedding bands and engagements rings featuring pieces by some of the world's most prestigious designers.
