Rama Manufacturing Co. Merges with EMA Diamonds

Diamond and fine-jewelry supplier Rama Manufacturing is merging with the U.S. operations of EMA Diamonds, a company based in Tel Aviv that is a Diamond Trading Company sightholder.
The two companies' U.S. operations will now be called EMA-Rama. The new company will be led by Rama president Naftali Ratzersdorfer, who will serve as president, and Frank LaRoux, formerly of EMA-USA, who will serve as executive vice president.
