'Ultimate Diamond Experience' Benefits JCF

Bailey Banks & Biddle Fine Jewelers recently partnered with the Jewelers Charity Fund for Children (JCF) to create the "Ultimate Diamond Experience." The event took place in the Bailey Banks & Biddle store in The Mall at Short Hills (N.J.) on May 7 and 8.
During the two-day event, guests had the chance to watch a master diamond cutter transform a rough, uncut crystal into a stunning jewel. They also were invited to browse a display of exotic and important diamonds in many colors, shapes, and sizes.
Guests also were encouraged to bid on a 1-ct., colorless, Ideal-cut diamond valued at $14,900. All proceeds from the auction, as well as 10% of all Ritani merchandise sales during the show, were earmarked for the JCF's three recipient charities: St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation, and the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
