JCK Events Adds to its Marketing Team

JCK Events announced new additions to its marketing team. Stacey Huzi, a trade show marketing veteran has joined as director of marketing and will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction of the JCK Events portfolio. In addition, advertising agency Kerwin Communications will represent the series of JCK Events to develop corporate communications partnership programs.

“As we enter the 16th year of JCK Las Vegas we are pleased to bring in professionals who have a fresh perspective on the marketing of this leading industry event that serves the worldwide jewelry marketplace,” said Nancy Walsh, portfolio manager for Reed Exhibitions, producers of the JCK Events. “We are positive that the events will benefit from the collective new thinking being brought to the table from talents like Stacey Huzi and Jim Kerwin,” added Walsh.

Huzi has been responsible for executing strategic marketing campaigns for trade shows as Internet World, Adventures In Travel Expos, and Global Pet Expo. She will oversee the marketing and communications campaigns for all JCK Events, including direct mail, advertising, public relations, Web site development, telemarketing, and database management.

New York City-based Kerwin Communications is a full service advertising agency that works with several luxury brands including Chopard, Mikimoto, World Gold Council, and Kwiat Diamonds, as well as tourists destinations including Turks & Caicos, Bermuda, and Israel. Jim Kerwin previously worked on The Couture Show and is on the Board of Directors of the Jewelry Information Center, the Jewelers Charity Fund for Children, and the NCCJ.

Kerwin and his team will work closely with the JCK team to develop cross marketing promotional programs with consumer publishing companies as well as high end consumer goods companies.
