De Beers Class Action Filing Deadline Nears

The Jewelers Vigilance Committee says that May 19 is the deadline to submit a claim to the De Beers Class Action Lawsuit. Responses must be postmarked on or before May 19. 

JVC continues to provide guidance for resellers who submit claims to the De Beers class action settlement fund.
