Retailers Take Advantage of JA Certification

A number of retailers across the country are using the certification programs developed by Jewelers of America (JA) to recognize the status of their employees and inspire greater confidence among customers. JA Certification uses a written examination process to measure the abilities of jewelry sales professionals, store managers, and bench jewelers according to nationally recognized standards. The purpose of JA Certification is to assure consumers that their jeweler is experienced, knowledgeable, and professional.
