The National Association of Jewelry Appraisers (NAJA) has appointed Deborah Finleon associate director, chair of education.
Finleon’s primary responsibility in the position will be to oversee the organization’s home study course. A newly revised course was revealed at NAJA’s mid-year conference, held Aug. 8–11 in Washington, D.C., and Finleon was the lead editor of the revision.
She has been in the industry for 14 years and founded her own appraisal firm in 2010. She is one of only four Certified Master Appraisers, the highest designation that NAJA gives, in the organization.
