Frederick Goldman Moving to New Jersey

Frederick Goldman is moving its corporate headquarters to Secaucus, N.J., in 2016, thanks to a $16 million state tax break.

The 10-year tax cut—which breaks down to $1.6 million a year—is contingent upon the former Manhattan-based company bringing 214 jobs to its new facility, according to the New Jersey Economic Development Authority.

The Secaucus campus “will house our corporate offices, manufacturing, distribution, and a center for design, innovation, and technology for all Frederick Goldman activities. Scott Kay will move its headquarters to a dedicated environment within the facility as well,” said spokesperson Brianna Wright.

Scott Kay was previously located in Teaneck, N.J.
