Mahiar Borhanjoo, the former executive director of sales of De Beers, is joining Indian sightholder Venus Jewel.
As managing director of Venus Jewel International, Borhanjoo will be based in London, and his job will involve creating new business ventures for Mumbai-based Venus Jewel.
Founded by Ramniklal and Sevantilal Shah in 1969, Venus Jewel was the first Indian sightholder to receive Responsible Jewellery Council certification.
