David Yurman Opens Store in SoHo

David Yurman’s SoHo boutique opened Wednesday at 114 Prince St. in New York City.

The 34-year-old jewelry brand opened a 2,000-square-foot store in the Cast Iron historic district of SoHo on Nov. 26. Situated in a late-19th- century loft building known for a Richard Haas trompe l’oeil mural, the space is just blocks away from company headquarters and will house two bronze angels—life-size versions of the evocative direct-welded sculptures created by CEO and designer David Yurman. Paintings by Sybil, his wife and business partner, are also evident throughout the store, with the decor featuring artifacts and artisanal metal finishes, among other elements. Jewels for sale include the Wedding collection, Hampton Cable, Meteorite for men, as well as exclusives for that boutique.

“I cut my teeth as a sculptor and an artist in this neighborhood—it truly is home for Sybil and me,” Yurman told the media. “What was the epicenter of gallery culture in New York has since evolved into a vibrant, international destination. We’re thrilled to be a part of this community’s past, present, and future.”

The Yurmans’ first store in Manhattan is located uptown at 712 Madison Ave.
