Pandora, Chamilia Settle Suit

On Sept. 24, Pandora agreed to settle its lawsuit with Chamilia over its bead rival’s co-branded products with Swarovski.

The company’s legal papers reference a “settlement agreement,” although no agreement has been filed in the court docket. The two parties will bear their own court fees.

The two companies’ lawyers and PR reps did not respond to a request for comment.

Pandora had charged in a lawsuit that as part of an earlier settlement agreement, Chamilia agreed to only manufacture under the Chamilia brand. It argued that the company’s products co-branded with Swarovski violated that settlement. Chamilia disagreed.
