Heraeus, a precious metals and technology group, announced the reorganization of the company’s U.S. chemicals division into a single unit titled Heraeus Precious Metals North America.

The restructuring will bring the company’s U.S. chemical sites in New Jersey, Tennessee, and California together as one legal entity. The division will offer manufacturing, refining, and trading of precious metals, as well as the production of specialty chemicals.

“With the reorganization, HPMN is a single-source solution with both the breadth and the reach to manage any precious metals need,” Uve Kupka, president and CEO of Hereaus, said in a statement. “Our focus is innovation and technology, our goal is to offer the highest yield and value for our customers.”
