Tiffany Adds COO Position, Replaces CFO

Tiffany & Co. announced shifts in responsibilities
among its executive officers on June 23.

Patrick McGuiness has been appointed senior vice president
and chief financial officer. He joined the company in 1990 and held
various management positions before he was promoted to senior vice president of
finance in 2007.

James Fernandez has been appointed to the newly created
chief operating officer role. Fernandez has served as the CFO since 1999. He joined the company in 1983. Over the years. he has
worked on diamond operations, real estate operations, distribution, manufacturing,
customer service, and security.

The shifts are effective immediately and Fernandez will
report to Tiffany CEO Michael Kowalski. McGuiness will report to Fernandez.
