NAJA Conference in Philadelphia

The National Association of Jewelry Appraisers has announced that its 22nd Annual Mid-Year Conference will be held in Philadelphia, Pa., Aug. 7-10, 2004. Conference topics will include:

  • Saturday, Aug. 7 – "It's About Time—It's All About Time! Guide to Rolex Watches" by Gary Zumbaugh; and "All You Wanted to Know About Watches and Were Afraid to Ask!" by Ken Specht.

  • Monday, Aug. 9 – "The Mighty Diamond: Diamond Cut Grade Analysis - Refresher Training" by James V. Jolliff, G.G.; "The Theory of Diamond Grading and Its Effect on Appraisers (or, How can the lab be wrong if they invented the scale?)" by Gary Roskin, G.G., FGA; and "New Diamond Cut Grading Standards Includes the Analysis of Light—Don't Be Left in the Dark" by Dave Atlas, G.G.
